We held meetings to discuss our needs and how our doctors and employees function in the organization. We briefed the Sapphire team about all of the modules that should be designed for our company, and they gathered all of the criteria and proceeded to develop them effortlessly.

At first, there was just one employee, then Sapphire's technical team stepped in to help with requirement collecting and analysis. The Sapphire team had two support engineers and two developers that worked with our IT and OHC teams on a daily basis.

Yes, I am pleased that this project has benefited our doctors and other personnel in managing health data in a convenient and secure manner. Everything is secure because the database is hosted on our local server.It, of course, cut down on the time it took our doctors to calculate the health index and diagnose employees.

Then mock-ups were designed, as well as a landing page for customers to know that website was in a process of development. They worked with PHP and HTML primarily. After the mock-ups were approved, they prepared the UI/UX design and revised it as requested to suit our needs. Shortly after, they proceeded with the development of the front-end and the back-end.

Once we approved it, they created the application; both front- and backend development. We have used Kotlin for Android app, Swift for iOS app and Backend with PHP.
