Sapia Creative is a luxury event planning and styling studio based in South East Queensland with a Brisbane warehouse, working across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and New Zealand, plus five years of delivering destination events on Hayman Island in the Great Barrier Reef.

The gold standard in events is one team that handles both the planning and the styling, because the logistics and the creative are then designed to serve the same objective from day one. That is how we work. We start every event with what it has to achieve, then design and deliver the whole experience: creative direction, styling, staging, lighting, florals, run sheet and on-the-day delivery, for rooms of ten to seven hundred guests.

Our corporate work spans gala dinners, awards nights, product launches, conferences and incentive programs for national brands including LinkedIn, Toyota, Raine & Horne, Komatsu, Anglo American, BOQ and Flight Centre. We led the styling and creative direction for the Raine & Horne NSW and ACT awards night, named Australia's best corporate awards event of the year, and Sapia was a 2025 Australian Event Awards national finalist. We also design private celebrations and luxury weddings with the same standard of care.
