Sans Prejudice Solutions

Sans Prejudice Solutions is a female-founded Australian management consultancy specialising in diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and planning. With a focus on psychological safety and inclusive design, our vision is to change the way people think, talk and act on diversity, equity and inclusion so we don't need to exist in 50 years. We are a WASEC endorsed social enterprise and are working towards national accreditation.

We support organisations to build, develop and retain socially representative workforces, recognising that diverse and inclusive workplaces are more innovative, productive and resilient. We take an approach following the hierarchy of control effectiveness, facilitating the development of strategies and solutions that are designed to be sustainable, impactful and resource efficient.

We seek to bridge the gap between the well-established macro-level benefits of inclusive and diverse organisations e.g. better decision making, improved retention and psychological safety and the organisational interventions that create impactful and sustainable change e.g. work and workplace design, inclusive leadership development, tools and system design.
