Same Page HR

Same Page HR provides fractional HR services to growing companies nationwide that have outgrown doing HR themselves but aren't ready for a full-time HR department. Each client is paired with a dedicated People Partner, a US-based HR Generalist with an average of 10 years of experience, who works 20, 40, or 60 hours per month as the company's employee-facing HR lead. People Partners are backed by Same Page's team, tools, and processes. Same Page HR covers ten core HR responsibilities: hiring support, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, employee engagement, performance reviews, policies and handbooks, employee relations, compliance monitoring, and offboarding. Founded by Matt Tanner and Callie Murray, Same Page currently serves around 70 clients across the US.
