We have been working with Salopek & Associates for over 4 years for all of our HR needs.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We like how Salopek had hourly on-call services that would meet our budgets. As the time went on we found that the retainer was the best option for us, but at the beginning it was great to have that on-call option.

They have a number of expert consultants on their team to help us answer our questions and ensure that we are legislatively compliant. 

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were assigned a designated consultant that would work with us and we could rely on to answer our questions whenever we needed it. We developed a very good relationship with our consultant and they were very invested and interested in the success of our business.
