Salescool

Salescool is a Romanian sales training company. Training delivery started in 2014, the Salescool brand has been in use since 2024, and the company was registered in 2025.

We work with B2B and B2C sales teams on in-house programmes built around the client's own pipeline, and with individual salespeople through open-enrolment courses in Bucharest and in other cities through the Salescool Caravan.

What makes the programmes different is the ratio: 75% of the time is role-play on the situations participants bring, not generic case studies. The trainer plays the difficult client, from the participant's own industry. Slides come after the role-play, as a group discussion.

Every in-house programme carries a six-month team guarantee: if a salesperson leaves within six months, their replacement gets a free one-to-one mentoring session to bring them up to the team's level.

The portfolio covers the full path of a salesperson: Sales Kickstart for beginners and cold calling, Sales Accelerator for experienced B2B reps, Conversion Mastery for B2C, CX Excellence for customer care, one-day workshops on negotiation, persuasion and objection handling, and one-to-one mentoring for salespeople and entrepreneurs.

Results are measured together with the client before the programme and reassessed at three and six months. Pricing is public: EUR 595 per participant for the two-day open course, EUR 295 for the one-day workshops, EUR 1,495 for the eight-session mentoring programme.
