What was the scope of their involvement?

SalemWise Solutions replaced a retired product knowledge bot that answered company FAQs with a new retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) chatbot. The team ingested and indexed company documents and knowledge sources used for FAQ answers. They also prepared the content so the system could retrieve relevant passages before generating responses.SalemWise Solutions developed an AI chatbot that retrieved knowledge from the approved company content and generated answers grounded only in that retrieved information. The chatbot was designed to indicate when information was not available in the knowledge base rather than guessing.SalemWise Solutions set up and launched the new RAG chatbot and handed it off so our team could use and maintain the system for ongoing company FAQ support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After replacing the retired product knowledge bot with the new RAG-powered chatbot, we observed the following measurable improvements:These outcomes demonstrated clear progress in reliability and efficiency for company FAQ support. The RAG system delivered more trustworthy answers while reducing the manual effort previously spent on repetitive questions.We saved four hours per week to answer the same questions on calls. The chatbot answered 79.6% of questions without escalation; the remaining questions were escalated when the chatbot didn't know the answer.
