I’m a founder of a US-based tech company, and I was looking to hire a few developers in India without setting up a legal entity. An EOR model made the most sense for me, but I wanted to ensure my employees were well taken care with proper compliance, zero tax hassles, and health insurance in place.

I initially explored some of the bigger players in the market. While their pricing was quite steep, they also couldn’t support me with talent acquisition, which was a key requirement.

After quite a bit of research, I came across Saileor. I shared my requirements with them, and they not only helped me find the right candidates but also delivered on their promise of onbaording within 4 weeks, my first employee was successfully onboarded.
