I'm the CEO of DashFight, a media company. We're an all-in-one hub for fighting game enthusiasts, offering news, guides, pro tips, tournament schedules, and rankings for games like Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Tekken 7, and Mortal Kombat 11.

What challenge were you trying to address with SAI Agency?

We had a content operations bottleneck. Manual content tagging, metadata entry, and social snippet generation were slowing down our editorial workflow and affecting our SEO performance.

Additionally, we had a player and match data overload. Player performance tracking and tournament results were being updated manually, limiting our scale and delaying insights.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SAI Agency developed two solutions for us. First, they built a custom AI agent to tag articles by game, character, player, region, and theme. This AI also automatically generated SEO-ready summaries and short-form social content. They integrated this solution seamlessly into our CMS and editorial Slack workflows.

Second, they developed an AI-powered parser to extract match results from tournament APIs, bracket sites, and livestream data. This solution structured data feeds directly into player profile pages and analytics dashboards. It replaced our manual spreadsheets with a fully automated backend data flow.

The new BI dashboards gave real-time visibility into WAU, Copilot engagement, and drop-offs, enabling weekly data-driven decisions.

Finally, the HubSpot rollout achieved 95% team adoption within a quarter; demo-to-deal velocity improved significantly.
