I hired Brandon to take over a project that had previously been built by a development agency and unfortunately came with significant technical debt, performance issues, and a number of unresolved bugs. The initial scope of work involved auditing the existing codebase, identifying the root causes of the bugs, and stabilizing the application so it could run reliably.

After completing the technical cleanup, Brandon implemented several new features that were part of the product roadmap. This included designing and building new functionality on top of the existing system, improving parts of the architecture where needed, and ensuring the new features integrated cleanly with the existing product.

In addition to development work, Brandon also provided technical guidance throughout the process—helping evaluate the best way to approach certain features, advising on system design decisions, and ensuring the long-term maintainability of the product.

Key deliverables included resolving critical bugs, reducing technical debt within the existing codebase, implementing new product features, and providing ongoing technical consultation to support the continued development of the platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in meaningful improvements to the stability and scalability of the platform. Brandon identified and resolved numerous bugs that were causing functionality issues and cleaned up significant technical debt left by the previous development team. This improved overall reliability and reduced the likelihood of recurring errors.

In addition, several new product features were successfully designed, developed, and deployed, expanding the platform’s capabilities and moving the product roadmap forward. The improvements to the underlying codebase and architecture also made the application easier to maintain and significantly faster to iterate on for future development.

As a result, we ended the project with a much more stable application, fewer outstanding bugs, and a cleaner codebase that supports continued feature development and scaling.

Brandon managed the project very effectively and was highly responsive throughout the engagement. He communicated clearly about priorities, timelines, and progress, and consistently kept me updated on what was being worked on. When issues were identified in the existing codebase, he quickly investigated the root causes and proposed practical solutions before moving forward.

Deliverables were completed on time, and in several cases he was able to move faster than expected due to how efficiently he diagnosed and fixed problems in the system. He was also very responsive to my needs whenever questions came up or when I wanted to explore new feature ideas, taking the time to explain technical considerations and recommend the best path forward.

Overall, the project ran smoothly thanks to his proactive communication, organization, and ability to adapt quickly as new requirements or challenges arose.

Developed a background check and drug testing website that allows clients to request services, allows applicants to complete all necessary dcoumentation online, and allows our company to monitor all activities. Key deliverables were User Interface, Tiered Access for Clients, Dynamic Results Module, Service-Based Billing and Invoicing, Payment Compliance and Dashboards, Automated Email Notifications for All Functions, Site and Information Security.

Each milestone of the project was tailored and explained at the beginning of the project and throughout the project. Milestones were reached as forecasted and kept us on track for the expected launch timeframe.

All items were delievered on time. They were very attentive and responsive. They showed an empathic interest in the success of the project for our company's sake. They listened to us about our needs and gave us clear and constructive solutions. We felt as though they were a part of our company. Great to work with and excellent outcome!

Their knowledge and flexibility were most impressive. They knew exactly what we needed after we submitted our plan and vision. My company had some hiccups on delieverables to them but they took it in stride and kept us on track with no deviation from the timeline.

This is a stellar provider and I can't think of anything they need to improve upon.

We needed somone to build us a mobile app for our software and an admin panel from which to manage it. We needed someone who could communicate with us as non-technical and help us integrate it with our processes and procedures. We needed someone flexible as the scope of the project developed over time.

The SaaS masters were able to build the app and adapt to new changes to get us a deliverable product and easy onboarding for new clients. We were able to raise prices and keep clients longer by having the functional mobile app to display reports, send notification updates, and have. Our clients now also have better results by using the app and having our app on iOS and Android gives us a great deal of authority. We're able to quickly do support and onboarding through the admin panel The SaaS masters built for us too.

Delivery is always on time as estimated. They respond quickly and will provide updated estimates for updated scope of work.

Reliability. No matter the holidays or events the time paid is the time you get allocated to the project weekly. No unexpected time off in the past year of working with The SaaS Masters.

Not anymore. Every improvement idea has been quickly acted upon, such as logging time transparency, changing task management softwares, daily communication etc. In the beginning there were minor communication discrepancies, but over the past year we've solved all of the communication issues. Now I don't have any ideas for improvement.

The SaaS Masters has handled the full development of our real estate software platform, including building the front- and backend of the system, integrating property data sources, and developing key features that allow users to search, analyze, and evaluate investment properties nationwide. The team has also built important tools such as ROI calculators, rehab estimators, and deal analysis features, along with an AI assistant (PlugBot) to support users in making informed decisions. In addition, The SaaS Masters has implemented the overall UX, account management system, and subscription functionality.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The SaaS Masters has successfully launched a fully functional software platform that allows users to search, analyze, and evaluate real estate deals in one place. We’ve moved from concept to a live product with active users, which is a major milestone. The platform now includes multiple integrated tools such as deal analysis calculators and AI assistance, which users actively engage with.We’ve seen consistent growth in user adoption since launching the platform, with an increasing number of users actively using the tools to search and analyze real estate deals. User engagement has been strong, particularly around the deal analysis features and calculators, which are core to helping investors make decisions. We’ve also seen positive feedback from users who appreciate having everything in one place instead of using multiple tools.In addition, we’ve been able to continuously improve the platform based on user feedback, adding new features and refining the overall experience. Ongoing updates and improvements have led to a better UX over time, with users spending more time on the platform and relying on it as part of their investment process. We’ve grown to over 300 users on the platform, with consistent increases in engagement as we continue to improve features and usability.

The SaaS Masters’ project management has been solid throughout the process. Communication has been consistent, and they’re responsive when it comes to updates, feedback, and implementing changes. Although the timeline has evolved as we’ve added new functionality and improvements, they’ve consistently delivered key components and kept the project moving forward.
