Ryzolv

Ryzolv is an AI engineering company with two practices: custom AI engineering and managed business automation.

AI Engineering

We design, build and support AI systems for startups, mid-market companies and organisations with complex technical requirements. Our services include:

• Custom AI agents: Software that performs defined tasks using business tools, with permissions, checks and human approval where needed.
• AI applications and integrations: Custom applications that connect AI to existing software, data and business processes.
• Knowledge systems: Document search and retrieval systems that help teams find information and get answers linked to their sources.
• AI security and governance: Access controls, verification, activity records and human oversight built around how the system will be used.

We work from requirements and system design through development, testing, implementation and ongoing operational support.

Ryzolv Automate

We set up and manage connected business workflows for small and medium businesses. These can include:

• Capturing enquiries and following up on leads and quotes.
• Booking appointments and sending reminders or customer updates.
• Connecting customer records, conversations, job stages and staff tasks.
• Requesting reviews and following up with past customers.

Ryzolv handles setup, system connections, monitoring and ongoing improvements, with monthly reporting. Your team uses the system for daily work and handles decisions that require a person.
