Runfold Plastics specialises in the development and manufacture of:
- Class 1 medical mouldings and assemblies

We use in-house tool design and manufacture for rapid turnaround of prototype mouldings and production tooling, providing a complete solution tailored to your requirements.
Secondary operations facilities include sewing, adhesive bonding, punching, trimming, printing and assembling.
We dip mould in a range of material grades, and work with our suppliers to develop innovative new formulas to meet your product specifications.

- Medical to FDA and USP Class 6
- Antibacterial
- Light stable, UV resistant
- Flame retardant to UL 94 Vo
- Electrical performance/high temperature
- Chemical performance/industrial applications
