AI Voice Agent for Car Rental Booking

The project requires developing an AI-powered voice agent that can automate the car rental booking process through natural voice conversations with customers.

The system should allow customers to check vehicle availability, get pricing information, make reservations, and receive booking confirmations in real time. It must understand conversational speech using AI-powered speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) to detect user intent and extract details such as rental dates, location, vehicle type, and customer information.

The voice agent should integrate with the car rental booking system, inventory database, and CRM to retrieve real-time information and create bookings automatically. It should also send booking confirmations and updates via SMS or email.

From a technical perspective, the solution requires speech-to-text, text-to-speech, conversational AI, workflow orchestration, and telephony integration to manage real-time voice interactions. The system must be scalable, low latency, and capable of handling multiple simultaneous calls during peak demand.
