We are dental bur distributors in Europe.

For what projects/services did your company hire Room 1707, and what were your goals?

We had a more traditional business model before, direct sales through distributors and sales. We wanted to update ourself to increase our sales and improve our experience by e-commerce.

How did you select Room 1707 and what were the deciding factors?

We have more than 400 products in stock, so showing all those in an easy and simple way in our e-commerce was a tricky task. Room 1707 created a great funnel, that helps the client find exactly what they need in a very easy and atractive way.

They helped us with the concept of our branding, in a very strategic level, since it is a branding that its main focus is to improve our SEO, find new providers, develop the e-commerce... We have been working with the team of Room 1707 for a year now and we consider them as part of our team.

We talked directly with Veta and Mikel. They are partners in Room 1707 and they are also involved in the whole process.

They have been an important part of the transformation of the company and as I said, I consider them as part of our team.

They always respect the timelines and that was one of the most important thing for us. Transforming a company is a very long process and we needed each step to be on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have really great ideas about what the customers could need and how to make the purchase much easier for them.
