If we had to find something, it might be that RocketCare is almost too available. They respond so quickly (often within minutes) that we sometimes wondered if they ever take a break. While this level of responsiveness is rare and incredibly reassuring, it almost made us feel guilty for interrupting them outside typical working hours.

In truth, it’s not really something we’d want them to change it just shows how committed they are to being there whenever we need them.
