BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Zion CBD. We make CBD topicals. My three main products are a muscle balm, a healing salve/herbal butter, and a hand lotion.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with A-GoGo Digital?

We needed to build and maintain our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They set up a WooCommerce site with certain pages and established a shopping cart feature. For the design, they uploaded pictures I took of Zion National park. They also do blog writing for me now.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with Mike (Founder) and his team. They help him with content and social media marketing. I’ve only interacted directly with Mike.

How did you come to work with A-GoGo Digital?

I found out about them when I purchased my domain name. Mike owned it and I purchased it from him.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $1,500 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since around January 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I haven’t done a ton of marketing since the site has been finished because I’ve had to wait for approval to process credit cards. Everyone who’s seen the site loves it and says its beautiful and easy to navigate.

How did A-GoGo Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

I love Mike’s management. If we have a problem he won’t just respond in a timely manner but he’ll also make a quick video about how to go into the backend and do certain things. I can then keep his fix template in my library for my own use.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He gives me advice and is quick to fix issues like a code error or a plugin that needs to be updated. Overall, he’s a nice, honest guy that does everything he negotiated with me. There isn’t one reason not to recommend him.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not that I can think of right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest with your wishes and what you want. Get your expectations set upfront and you’ll have a great working relationship.
