I'm the head of people at Magoya, an IT company. We design and develop digital products and AI-powered tools for agribusinesses, helping them solve complex agricultural challenges with scalable solutions, modernized systems, and expert product teams.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rockcruit?

We needed help with recruitment. We hired Rockcruit because they had knowledge of technology profiles.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rockcruit accompanied us in a recruitment process. They presented candidates that met the profile, and then, the candidates were interviewed by our team. I don't know how they managed the process from their side, but they also coordinated the interviews with the candidates.

We worked with two teammate from Rockcruit.

I already knew them and had previously worked with them.

We worked together from February–April 2026.

We had an online report with daily updates. Thanks to Rockcruit's work, we made a hiring.

Rockcruit's project management was correct and according to what we expected. We communicated via email and messaging apps.
