• To be honest all I wanted was for my work to be properly published. People continued asking when my work will be published in print after it had been shared in a variety of locations over the years. I knew it was ready but I lacked the patience or let's face it, the time to properly negotiate the publishing process and finish it.

I contacted Rochester Publishers, provided my history and forwarded drafts notes and supplementary information. The rest they dealt with. They oversaw the publishing process from beginning to end. carefully edited the information and organized it. The specifics weren't concern for me. The book looked clean, professional and just how I had envisioned it when it was finally issued thanks to their constant updates.

The book has been released that's what matters most beyond that though it accurately captures my work. The information is presented professionally accurately and with organization it's already receiving attention and I've even heard people bring it up in conversation about my more recent endeavors which is both unbelievable and immensely fulfilling.

They responded promptly and maintained their timeline throughout. They provided prompt understandable answers to my inquiries which I had quite a number. I was always aware of the current situation and never left wondering what would happen next in the publishing process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

it's no little matter that they have a thorough understanding of the book publishing process. They obviously recognize the fact that it can be complicated with its own laws and regulations. However what truly impressed me was how they contributed to making the presentation and manuscript seem polished and expert. well done, without being over the top or self serving.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rochester Publishers could have done differently?

I really don't have any grievances. perhaps I might include some optional post publication advice such as how to deal with upcoming editions or upgrades but that's really a small matter. Everything went smoothly and it was much simpler than I had anticipated.
