Robinson, Diss and Clowdus, P.C.

The firm was formed in 1973 as Lentz, Evans and King P.C. The founding members previously practiced in the tax department of a large Denver law firm. Since its inception, the firm’s practice has concentrated in tax and tax related matters. The firm’s current and retired members are or were active in the tax bar and the tax community. Six of the firm’s members served as chair of the Tax Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Several members served as committee chairs and in other capacities for the Tax Section of the American Bar Association. A retired member serves as a judge on the United States Tax Court. The firm’s members are frequent lecturers and authors on tax and other legal matters and one of the firm’s members is a long-time adjunct professor at the University of Denver College of Law and graduate tax program. Each member of the firm either holds an LLM in taxation or practiced as a CPA prior to joining the firm.
