Our aluminum foundry has gone through several phases since its foundation in 1956 by Mr. Joseph REY. Very active in its early days in the handling of cast iron and copper, the aluminum foundry then turned to a sand casting before specializing in aluminum alloys.

At the end of the 1980s, the discovery of vertical molding prompted the company to invest in a DISAMATIC site, which would put an end to the use of flat molding.

In the 1990s, Mr. REY's sons took over the management of the aluminum foundry and opted to modernize the machine park by acquiring a more productive model, in order to offer more flexibility to their customers.

“Our industry must adapt to the evolution of the market and customer needs by aiming again and again for precision, quality, and flexibility. It is for this reason that we attach great importance to the choice of each supplier and partner. This is the vision of the new manager who took over the establishment in 2014.

Today, Roanne Fonderie produces parts from 0.1 to 8 kg in small and medium series, as well as larger parts in small series (chassis of 680 mm x 650, jerk-pressure).
