Business owners and investors come to us for a valuation when something specific requires one: a sale or exit, a family law property settlement, a shareholder buy-out or dispute, a restructure, a CGT or ATO requirement, financial reporting, or a decision that hinges on knowing what the business is genuinely worth.

Every valuation is prepared under APES 225. Nothing is outsourced to contractors. Fees are fixed and settled before the work starts, which means the fee doesn't move with the answer.

There are three levels of engagement, matched to what the number has to withstand: ✒️Calculation engagement, for internal decisions and mediation

✒️Limited scope valuation, with a written report

✒️Formal valuation, suitable for court and other external purposes, including expert reports with an affidavit

Most reports are finished within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the last piece of information.

Alongside valuations we do financial modelling and scenario analysis, exit readiness work, due diligence support, business improvement and fractional CFO engagements. Those usually start with the same question: what is this business worth, and what would make it worth more.
