There’s really no metric for this — they just did our taxes, and we were satisfied.

How did River Rock Financial perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style was fine, and we communicated mainly over the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did what they said they would do without any problems. They were also very nice and honest.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I think they need to anticipate needs better. If they see a business growing or depreciating, they need to make adjustments and provide recommendations in terms of tax strategy.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re going to work with them, make sure to ask a lot of questions and clearly set your goals and expectations.
