Challenge

Our company was too vulerable to cyber attacks like phishing and ransomeware. The policy we had in place wasn't enough to prevent external threats from compromising our data through social engineering. Because of this, we decided it would be a good idea to hire another company capable of helping us improve security.

Solution

RiskIQ was hired to assess our cybersecurity policy, report problematic areas, and recommend ways to address them. They walked us through everything and suggested some dummy tactics to demonstrate to our employees how susceptible they were to sophisticated cyber attacks. They also implemented network security software to improve monitoring and rapid response.

Results

Our engagement together has definitely reduced the amount of cyberattacks we've had. Compared to where we were before the relationship began, I'd say we're in a much better place.
