We hired Rising Momentum to handle our business and get it up and running. We got an enterprise package from them so they could set up everything for us, from our website to our ad account setup to creating high-performing ad campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rising Momentum’s ads have gotten results from day one. The cost per result has been super low, and the initial sales campaign has run beautifully. The website they’ve made for us is excellent. Overall, it’s a perfect combo.

How did Rising Momentum perform from a project management standpoint?

They provide weekly updates. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. They’re very generous and deliver everything on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rising Momentum’s determination for real results is impressive. Other companies pitch the same exact phrases about increasing sales, but Rising Momentum focuses on both results and profits and doesn’t wait around for nonsense.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything is already perfect. However, I wish I had been ready for this big change. I really wasn’t expecting all my products to be sold out in two weeks. If they had let me know that the scaling would be this aggressive, I would have been prepared.

Honestly didn't know what to expect going in. We'd burned money on Meta ads before with other agencies and had nothing to show for it. Rising Momentum was different from the first call — they actually asked the right questions instead of just promising us results.

What I appreciated most is that they treated it like it was their own money being spent. They'd flag things before we even noticed, test new angles proactively, and never just let a bad ad sit there running.

If you're serious about making Meta work for your business, these are the people. We're already planning the next campaign with them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cost per result dropping from $4.80 to $1.58 in under 60 days was the first sign something real was happening. We'd been stuck above $4 for months with our previous setup. They restructured the audiences, cut the underperforming ad sets without sentiment, and pushed new creatives that actually converted

The ROAS going from 1.9× to 6.8× meant we were finally making real money from the budget we were already spending

The CTR at 4.7% is the one that still surprises me. Our industry average sits around 0.9% — so seeing that number felt almost unreal at first. We double-checked it. It was real.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everything was delivered on time. Not "we'll get it to you by end of week" and then Friday at 11pm — actually on time. They set realistic deadlines from the start and hit every single one. At one point we needed a new batch of creatives turned around fast because we wanted to jump on something timely, and they had it done in 48 hours without making it feel like a favour.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honestly? The fact that they actually understood Meta — not just the basics, but the nuances. A lot of agencies can set up a campaign. Very few know what to do when it stops performing, or why it was underperforming in the first place.

The other thing — and this sounds small but it isn't — is that they never tried to impress us with jargon. Every recommendation came with a plain explanation of why. "We're doing this because the algorithm rewards early engagement and your current creative isn't stopping the scroll." That's it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rising Momentum could have done differently?

If I'm being really honest — and I want to be, because a review without any criticism isn't useful to anyone — there were a couple of small things early on. 

The reporting in the first month was also quite detailed — almost too detailed. I remember opening the first report and feeling a bit overwhelmed. It got better once we told them what we actually wanted to see and they trimmed it down to the metrics that mattered to us. So more of a communication thing than a real problem — but worth mentioning.
