Please describe your company and your position there.

I run marketing & growth teams (I have worked with RI Digital across several organisations now). The companies have been a mix of Venture-backed post-series A tech companies, media businesses as well as SME type companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire RI Digital Research?

Initially hired for some basic data research on our target market to help us understand the size and scope of our potential go-to-market opportunities.

What were your goals for this project?

Get a clean data source which we could reference in raising funding as well as use to implement our go-to-market strategy.

How did you select this vendor?

We advertised online across several different portals, and then worked initially on a smaller project with several vendors. RI Digital was the best performing company that we had seen, so we went with them and have continued the relationship for nearly 4 years now.

Describe the project in detail.

For one project we wanted to identify the number of insurance companies in London, UK, North America, their addresses, key individuals within the business, include their names, linkedin profiles and so on. RI Digital provided us with incredibly accurate data. And continues to do so!

What was the team composition?

We had one point of contact who had a team of researchers underneath him. We let them handle the management of the entire project & we only needed to deal with the account manager. We were provided with a back-up to the account manager in case of emergency, but fortunately haven't had any reason to need that.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Each project is different. With one project, we have used data to help us raise funds of over $10m, as well as identify target clients that have resulted in sales of over $1m in ARR.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seamless workflow and an incredibly rapid turnaround on all occasions. Where the project is larger, there is excellent communication at all times to keep us abreast of the situation. We are always as updated as we need to be.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

RI Digital always delivers, on time and accurately. Over the years I have sent quite a lot of business their way because I know that whoever I recommend will be in excellent hands. I feel like RI Digital is a well-kept secret weapon that any company would be fortunate to have working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of!
