RFZ Accounting handles everything from monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) and tax filings to budgeting and cash flow forecasting. They also manage our AP/AR reconciliation and payroll.

The measurable outcomes from our engagement with RFZ Accounting are both financial and operational, and they have a direct impact on our bottom line. One of the clearest examples is around tax season. Historically, we would scramble in March and April, often rushing to file extensions because our books were a mess. Last year, with RFZ Accounting managing our monthly reconciliations, we filed our corporate return a full two months early.

Beyond filing our corporate return early, we’ve tracked several clear, quantifiable improvements across the board. We estimate that RFZ Accounting has reduced our tax bill by at least 15%–20%, cut our month-end closing time from nearly two weeks down to about 4–5 days, and improved our cash flow so significantly that we’ve avoided taking out a six-figure line of credit.
