What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The incredible increases in art of quality has allowed our game to grow in almost every metrics; Retention metrics, new player engagements, improved microtransaction metrics. We got all of this while staying within the agreed budget and time deadlines.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We were pleased with the work pipeline proposed by RSG. Working through a project Manager, who regularly ask for feedback on progress and reviews the results with Art Lead and Art Director before their delivery - the level of autonomy that we had been working for in our outsourcing partner for a long time. From just a verbally formulated idea we get a finished result, which is a joy to behold.

I don't think even after years of cooperation I could name anything to improve. All the feedback we had was instantly implemented by their team.
