Hi Career Champion! I am Janine Wiggins, a federal career coach and job search trainer, federal resume writer, life coach, and the founder and owner of Resumes by Neen, LLC. I am a graduate of the University of Mobile with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and 5+ years of experience in the resume writing business. Currently, I am a full-time entrepreneur pursuing my Master in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas-Grantham (expected graduation Dec. 2023). I've helped hundreds of job seekers understand the federal application process, translate their value, and negotiate higher salaries. My passion is empowering federal employees, individuals seeking federal employment, and veterans and their spouses to attain careers that allow them to live purposefully. As the spouse of a retired Air Force combat veteran, I understand the challenges vets face transitioning into the workforce.
