I’m the principal and co-founder of a digital marketing firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Resilience Leadership?

They were very helpful in the realm of leadership consulting. Her work really centers on assisting people in adapting to challenges to become more resilient in their work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work on projects together on an ad hoc basis. In our engagement in fall 2019, she was instrumental in collaborating with our team to help them become more resilient. She does this in group settings, through videos, and online tutorials. Her leadership program gets tailored to us and is designed to help us get more out of our team.

What is the team composition?

Taryn (Owner & Partner) is a well-known author, speaker, and blogger. It’s her work and program that we use to benefit our leaders. However, she also has a supporting staff that helps as well.

We met through friends and events.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $25,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018 and wrapped up our most recent collaboration in fall 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s key for our leaders to feel that they have additional resources outside of our company. My team really appreciates interacting with her, and the program has helped recenter our values. She brings a lot of credibility to the table given her impressive past collaborations and is simply a positive light in the room at all times.
