I had worked with Research.UA in a past project, when I was the Country Head & General Manager of a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company. The company was involved in the manufacturing, import, distribution and marketing of pharmaceutical products.

We have worked with Research.UA to study the prescription behavior of our brands versus the behavior of doctors towards other competitor brands. This was done in the form of a study called as Message Recall Test that was conducted for several brands across several of our key target physical specialities, with details as provided below:

Quality & content of the research projects conducted & the reports presented at the end of the research, was at a high level. These market research projects helped us with substantial strategic insight for improving our marketing strategy & the growth of our business in Ukraine.

RESEARCH.UA has demonstrated itself as a reliable and professional partner.They were able to deliver all the reports within the promised time lines and with reasonable prices. They were also very responsive to our needs to make changes in the study designs depending on our strategic needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Research.UA's methodology of collecting the information from physicians helped us collect information from a much wider sample size of doctors from across Ukraine. Their data collection and reporting were at a high level.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Research.ua could have done differently?

Research.UA could improve their Strategic Insighting capabilities. This would help them become a strategic partner to their clients - in this case they would be able to provide not only the market research data but also some strategic recommendations on what exactly could be changed/improved in the strategy of the business, so as to improve the outcomes/results.

I believe that Research UA is prolific and advanced in quantitative researches. I would recommend this company also to develop the direction of qualitative researches (FGD etc)
