I'm an attorney and work with various nonprofit organizations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reputation911?

I was falsely accused and needed reputation management services to protect my brand image and name.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I already had an online presence because of my philanthropy. Reputation911 has reviewed my existing content and websites to make it stronger to outweigh the negative content from the false accusation. Reputation911 has created new content keeping the narrative and aligned to my previously published content. The team has also created and managed new social media accounts.

What is the team composition?

I have contact with three teammates from Reputation911, including William (Founder & CEO) and Katherine (Director, HR).

How did you come to work with Reputation911?

I did a Google search and even reached out to various service providers. I spoke with William and found out he had worked with clients from my region. Reputation911 provided a breakdown of the process of suppressing defamation, and what they presented made sense to me.
How much have you invested with them?

I've spent around $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I've been working with Reputation911 since April 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Reputation911 delivers periodic reports showing the results of their strategy. Additionally, I periodically monitor the Google results associated with my name to see how the team's work is progressing, and I have seen less content related to my false accusation. Reputation911 has done a great job and helped me with their expertise. The team has explained to me how to manage the internet and media authority since I didn't know how to resolve my reputation issue. 

Before working with Reputation911, I discussed with Google representatives for a month requesting to remove defamatory information since I had previously requested to remove content, but this time, the answer was negative. Reputation911 has explained to me that the defamatory content was most likely posted by websites with good authority. 

How did Reputation911 perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through phone calls. Reputation911 has explained the process timeline and is good at managing expectations.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to shoutout William and Katherine's work. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reputation911 offers decent rates and does good work in saving my reputation. I received a proposal from a different service provider, and Reputation911 pointed out they had a heavy focus on releasing press releases but didn't consider working on authority changes. I never expected to have legal issues since I haven't done things to end up in one, and I recommend Reputation911's services for anyone who has seen false information about themselves in Google and remove it. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have any constructive feedback. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest being patient to see the results of Reputation911's work because they won't appear overnight. The team will deliver the service you pay them to do, but it's a process.
