Managing Google Business Profiles can be daunting, especially for entire brands. With multiple locations trying to make this great tool work for them, in many cases, it ends up being an online mess, with incorrect names, hours, map listings and even descriptions. I’m the brand strategist for a hospitality group with restaurants and a country club under its umbrella.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reputation Arm?

We needed help maintaining and improving our listings and completing opportunities to improve our online visibility, including reputation management and search/visibility optimization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reputation Arm provides listing management, listing optimization, online presence strategy, and sentiment tracking. The team has delivered reports, updated listings, improved listing presence, documents outlining improvement plans and audit reports, and a dashboard for review and reputation management.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Reputation Arm.

Someone referred Reputation Arm to me. I chose them because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

We started working with Reputation Arm in January 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

Reputation Arm's work has resulted in improved review ratings and SEO metrics such as rankings and click-through rates. The team provides great communication and collaboration and offers great insights and opportunities that we would otherwise miss.
