The scope of work included full interior and exterior renovations on two residential properties. The Renov Team managed the projects from initial planning through final completion. Key deliverables included demolition and cleanup, structural and framing repairs, electrical and plumbing updates, drywall and paint, flooring installation, kitchen and bathroom remodels, fixture and appliance installation, exterior repairs, and final punch-list completion to deliver move-in-ready, market-ready homes suitable for resale.
