They started by going over the English script. To find out whether there were any problems or areas they could improve, I wanted to know what they thought of the text. We also talked about pronunciation and inflection. I didn't want the word document to be read in a dry, academic way. When they feel the urge to communicate anything, like excitement, I need them to do things like raise their voices.

The tone they chose for one of the video clips wasn't to my taste. After I told them what I didn't like, they made some adjustments, which I was happy with. They have already translated it into Thai and Spanish for me, and we are going to begin work on a third language, most likely Japanese.

The video clips have been well received by those who have viewed or listened to them. I use the videos frequently and they work well, but I'm not sure if that's due of the voiceover, the video, or both. They were able to fulfill my request for them to complete one of the video in five working days.

The product manager is helpful and approachable. The group as a whole is accommodating and customer-focused. I always receive a response from them, whether I reach out to them by email, phone, or WhatsApp. They seem to have access to a project database, so even if it's a different individual answering the phone, they are aware of who I am and what my project is about.

Even though I can be working with multiple people, the approach is fairly flexible. I requested that they sign an NDA before we began work on the project. As per the agreement, everything will be removed from their databases as soon as a job is completed. I believe them when they say they've done it.
