What specific goals or objectives did you hire Remote IT World to accomplish?

• As a fast-growing company operating within the IT industry we faced a major issue involving sourcing high-skilled web3 Rust engineers. As there is a niche situation surrounding Rust development and in particular originating within the blockchain and web3 space finding a talented base of Rust developers that match our technical and cultural requirements was proving to be a time-consuming and resource-intensive process. Our goal in hiring Remote IT World was to be able to streamline our recruitment efforts by integrating their expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). We needed a partner that would be able to not only identify top-tier Rust developers but also ensure an efficient hiring process that would minimize delays and optimize the onboarding process.

The scope of the work is to define an ideal candidate profile for us, obtaining skilled Web3 developers from a global pool, performing technical screening assessments, and running interviews with our internal hiring managers. These interviewers also provide detailed reports on market trends, salary expectations and on the onus of candidate feedback relating to recruitment decisions that can be made.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The collaboration with Remote IT World brought with it a significant increase in our recruitment efficiency. They successfully identified and placed a number of skilled Rust engineers who were able to integrate themselves quickly into our development team. Having been able to source enough candidates we were able to meet our project deadlines as well as greatly improve the technical capabilities of the whole development team. The ability for Remote IT World to source and deliver qualified candidates within an expedited timeframe has had a very tangible impact on our company's ability to execute high risk Web 3 initiatives.

From a project management perspective it can be seen that they implemented both an organized and proactive strategy which ensured that all deliverables were met on time as progress was kept updated on a regular basis with progress reports being available on schedule. The deliverables were also monitored for their quality to ensure that they met the minimum acceptable standards. The project team was also kept in the loop if any changes were required as these were noted and appropriate changes were made where necessary. Through their deliberations they also made sure that any non-compliance with the given standards was addressed to keep the project on track. The responsiveness and adaptability of the team meant that it was easy to manage the recruitment process and any issues that arose during the recruitment period.

I work at Meatless Farm, a manufacturer of plant-based meat replacements. We’re an international company privately owned by investors and with 130 employees. I handle everything that has to do with attracting and hiring the best talent across the globe.

Remote IT World sourced and found candidates for us. We initially sent them the outline and description of the role we were filling. I then relied on them to ensure that we were hiring the best candidates. With that in mind, part of their job was to ask plenty of questions about the job to make sure that we were aligned and looking at the right profile.

I found Remote IT World via a Google search of the best recruitment agencies specializing in IT in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Our final fee was about €4,500 (approximately $5,000 USD).

Our engagement lasted from January–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Remote IT World was able to find a perfect candidate for us, and the new teammate has already started working with our company. Their hiring manager even flew from the UK to Bulgaria to help onboard the candidate. They did a great job. 

How did Remote IT World perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, and the Remote IT World team was extremely responsive. Every time I sent them an email, I received a response within five minutes. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their quick and open communication was impressive. Yani found great candidates and listened to us for feedback. She scheduled and organized all meetings and goals we had, leading to a great collaboration between our teams. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. We had great communication, and they found the right candidate for us within a month — nothing needed to be improved.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I definitely recommend working with Remote IT World. They provide excellent service, along with an open, direct, and hands-on approach to communication. With these things in mind, start your recruitment process with them with a thorough job intake phase. Tell them the type of person you want and the aspects you’re looking for that are not mentioned in the job description. That way, Yani will know what to tell people when she approaches them. If you start the process this way, your chances of success will be higher.
