Are there any areas for improvement or something Remote Hero could have done differently?

Remote Hero delivered excellent service; however, it would be beneficial to have the option of having the VA fully trained on our business ahead of time. By this I mean blueprinting our processes so that Remote Hero can then train the VAs recruited on our business and deliver them ready to go. This added service could offer potential benefits for busy business who are low on internal resources, all while maintaining their white glove service.
