RemoDevs was helping us to recruit a Senior Web Developer. They were screening resumes to find suitable candidates for our start-up, according to our requirements. They were scheduling calls with candidates and (if the candidate passed this first step of recruitment), RemoDevs was supporting the 2nd phase of recruitment, which was a tech task.

This is the best recruitment company that I have ever worked with. They organized a first call to understand our needs. Once we were on the same page with expectations, they set up Trello to facilitate communication. They were uploading candidates there, and we had a chance to choose the ones we were interested in inviting to a video call.

All presented candidates were very impressive and we decided to have calls with the majority of them. Candidates were prepared and knew a lot about our company, which facilitated the whole process. RemoDevs was always super responsive, everything was perfectly managed, and I couldn't imagine a better and faster collaboration.

They setup a end-to-end recruiting plan for your company to help propose candidates, track their stages in the process and iterate to propose even better candidates. They used Trello to help manage all the propose candidates, which worked brilliantly and offered clarity we haven't seen across other candidates. People would pick up each and iterate on a specific card about the candidate. The cards would already include all details about specific candidate, like his CV, GitHub or LinkedIn.

There were around 4 people involved in the project to source and review candidates. They were quick and involved on day-to-day basis - all extremely professional and responsive to feedback, which made it a smooth process.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Their work proposed around ~30 great candidate leads, already filtered to our needs, out of which ~5 proceeded to the final stages. We are planning to revisit and propose potential offers to few of those candidates at the beginning of 2023, when our team grows to benefit from their specialized skills. Their speed was phenomenal for our time together.

We communicated on almost daily basis, and the team usually responded within hours (and chased us if we haven't which we very much appreciated!). In short - very effective.

Our postions were both backend (Julia Developers and Researchers) and frontend (React. Developers). After consultations and discussing the process, we provided RemoDevs job descriptions of the positions we needed to fill. Profile of all new candidates and their CVs were shared with us in pre-configured Trello board where we commented on the candidates and moved them between appropriate recruitment stages as well as Lever. We also used ElementApp for a quicker communication (if it was necessary)

In case of any doubts or updates they are taking under consideration our suggestions. It's a really good cooperation.

Whenever we are rejecting a candidate RemoDevs try to figure out what we did not like. Further search considers such suggestions. Same when we add any requirements or nice-to-have characteristics.

The cooperation is on it's way and there's 2 people engaged from their side - extraordinary communication skills allow us to go from pretty formal at the beginning to almost friendly talks. We are using right tools to see the progress (a Trello board with intuitive workflow) + close communication.
