Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an executive at a solar installation company in the South Bay Area on the west coast. We mainly focus on residential constructions.

What challenge were you trying to address with RE/MAX Gold San Jose?

We wanted to partner with someone to deal with different real estate agents in our local market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We team up with RE/MAX and the homeowners to install the solar platforms for the homes they build.

What is the team composition?

It’s common for their team to rotate, so we’ve been working with 7–10 people throughout our partnership.

How did you come to work with RE/MAX Gold San Jose?

We did research online for different real estate sites and found a couple of other agencies; we decided to go with RE/MAX because they seemed to have the best local rates.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $300,000–$350,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since April 2015, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t follow metrics as far as month to month, but we measure the engagement on our transactions, and I can say that they’re consistent in their work offerings.

How did RE/MAX Gold San Jose perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication has been seamless; they have an app where we can schedule any kind of appointment, which we can also do via email and phone calls. They reach out a few times a month to communicate any new services or potential real estate transactions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The simplicity of communication throughout the project is what distinguishes them from other providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they can improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

Compare your different options in terms of transaction rate. Also, look at the customer feedback that’s given on unbiased third-party sites to see what other people think.
