I was working with a company who had asked me to outsource the project and we had an interview with Prannay, and he provided a variety of digital marketing services ranging from on-site SEO and UI design to Google Ads. He also managed the client’s social media platforms for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

We hired Prannay to generate leads for our financial education based domain. Recently, we shifted our focus to general market awareness and corporate marketing support. So, we hired Prannay to help us with digital marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had posted a job post on Upwork on behalf of my employer, and they sent a proposal on that same job and I was quite impressed with their portfolios and the way they explained the process about how they will be conducting the ads and audience research.

The key was to get the target audience right which they did and helped us get the maximum amount of leads and helped reduced the CPC.

I am not sure about this, but I assume Prannay was working with 3-5 more colleagues of his.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, the CPC was reduced to $3.61 per lead, we had spent on an average $850 per month and in return we got around 106 leads each month on average.

We used Monday and Slack to communicate. They’ve been very good at keeping things organized and staying on top of the tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I loved their involvement within the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, coz they were firm with every feedback and provided their own considerations as well.

I am the marketing head of a software company, a 50 member group of developers and designers with a very precise number of clients and technology.

We are a full-service digital agency founded in 2015, but due to the recent Covid hit we had to stop the conventional sources of business and move on to with the recent advancements in digital marketing. But since we were not thorough with what and how will it work we approached Relevant Search Media.

The extensive range of solutions provided was the deal breaker for me and their expertise with the field was enough to get me thinking about the sort of work they will be provided which was good.

The tasks were simple, we required leads through our own website for further business for which Prannay referred us the Inbound way, and created a content marketing strategy for which he created a blog calendar and the required CTA's for the same as well which lead to landing pages with forms to get leads. Within less than 2 months we saw a massive surge in web traffic and could definitely see the improvements in the SEO.

We are not sure about this but I assume there were 3 resources atleast.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

At the opening of the project we had organic traffic of around 80-150 visitors a month but by end of December 2021 we could definitely see a massive surge of 18000%, and the organic leads were ranging from 15-35 a month which was pretty good considering the amount we were spending.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were pretty transparent between their work as well as their talks. They provided us with everything we ever wanted. But since there wasn't much of a hassle, they didn't really gave us any problem.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they explained the process from the ground up, which I already told was the deal breaker and the way they performed the tests on our websites.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The communication timings, I am not sure if I mentioned but they were a bit laggy with their replies and sometimes I had to wait for hours before I could hear back from them, rest all was good.

I hired this company to redo my website and increase my online presence, which they handled perfectly.

I was contact by multiple online agencies and they were ranking on top as well, by the Technical knowledge, pricing and solution that was offered to me by Relevant Search Media, is class apart. i am very impressed with the solution and the services.

We started with website development, they did the website in wordpress and make an impressive one, i provided them with the images and some content, there were continuous followups and everything was sorted and the website was done within 1 month after that they started the seo, In the seo they did the on page optimisation first then they started the off page.

i worked with the account manager which was assigned to me, he took care of everything for me.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

my website is working perfectly and my seo is done properly, my website seo score is good, the content is fresh, the website looks aesthetically good and i am happy with the same.

Relevant search Media communicated through emails and Google Meet, the meetings were recorded and the everything was well organised. They told me the time line of one month and they delivered the same.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was really impressed with their knowledge and work style. Everything was explained very well, additional tasks were also done. Explanations were simple and spot on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As of now i dont think there are any negative factors, the experience is good so far.
