Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of an advertising consulting firm. We advise B2B companies predominantly in the tech space for their go-to-market expansion on new territories or with new offerings. We act as their extended sales development team generating traction in those new markets.

For what projects/services did your company hire Relequint?

We wanted to create content for our inbound marketing efforts. Since we didn't have any marketers in-house and after a few non-successful internal initiatives, we hired this team to create a content marketing strategy and start a blog for us. Our goal was to position ourselves as thought leaders in the field of Appointment Setting and Outsourced Sales and attract new clients through our website, LinkedIn and clutch.co.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted HubSpot Marketing Partners with B2B content expertise in the USA and shortlisted three of them. After interviewing them, we chose Relequint based on their past clients, culture, team and content-driven "growth catalyst framework".

After a kick-off meeting, they helped us identify our ideal audiences and created a list of topics and keywords we wanted to target. Then they set up a blog calendar over the course of the year to help capture organic traffic. Then, they wrote some articles for us based on our provided prompts. We their guidelines, we feel confident to write our own content. They scheduled our blog posts.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They have assigned a Growth Strategy Expert, a team of specialists, such as Content Writers, SEO and coordinator and the CEO himself to finish things on time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new blog and social media strategy has increased organic traffic by 60 %. The number of followers on LinkedIn has increased by 300%. Our LinkedIn clients, prospects and followers find our articles valuable resources. Their content guidelines have also made our team ready to create copy more consistent. In 2023 we have decided to create a complementary offering with them, combining Inbound Marketing and Outbound Sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met on Tuesdays to go over the week's blog schedule, share ideas, and give feedback on the content produced. We agree on blog topics. Everything is done on time. They also delivered a monthly report on our content's performance. Google Analytics and HubSpot Marketing are essential to monitoring success. We communicate over slack and google meet in real time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their content writers took the time to research every topic, making our articles as informative as possible. They do this deep dive into content research for specific industries such as manufacturing, tech, healthcare and digital transformation, to name a few. We usually don't have to make many changes when we review their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They really master their services offering and this is why we want to grow our partnership to serve larger companies with complex needs and need to execute fast on both sides of a revenue growth initiative, Marketing and Sales.
