I’m the HR manager at Translandija, a logistics company.

We needed to save time in our processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rekode automated our vacation request process and delivered exactly what we needed. In addition to the vacation request automation, Rekode helped automate HR and administrative processes such as employee requests, document generation, and approval workflows. They delivered custom automation systems that significantly reduced manual work and made our internal processes faster and more reliable. We’re now continuing to work together on AI implementation and workflow improvements.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, were referred to me, and had company values aligned with ours.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We estimate that the automation saves around 40 hours of administrative work every month. We also observed fewer manual errors, faster approvals, and positive feedback. Employees said the process was simpler, faster, and more transparent. They especially appreciated the reduction in manual work and the faster approval process.

How did Rekode perform from a project management standpoint?

Rekode delivered on time, communication was clear, and the entire process was well organized. The team was responsive and easy to work with. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was their ability to understand our workflows and build practical solutions instead of offering generic automation. They focused on real business outcomes and were easy to work with.
