Reidworks helped us design and build a conversational data agent for our manufacturing intelligence platform — a layer that lets our users ask questions of their production data in plain language and get straight answers back, rather than hunting through dashboards to find them. The scope ran from early problem definition through to a working product deployed and in the hands of real customers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results spoke for themselves. Inside about a month we had a working product live against production data, and performance improved substantially over the course of the build. Just as telling, our own engineers were extending and maintaining it independently by the end of the engagement, and the customers testing it came back with feature requests rather than complaints — the kind of engagement you only get when something is genuinely useful.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was steady throughout. A weekly cadence was set early and held to, with clear ownership on action items on both sides, so we always knew what was moving and what was blocked.
Scope shifted as it always does on work like this, and where timelines moved they told us early and told us why rather than letting a date quietly slip past. When our priorities changed mid-project they adjusted without friction, and questions from our side rarely waited long for an answer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was that they didn't just come in, build a solution and leave. They kicked off by integrating into our team and really dove into understanding the problem at its core before starting work on a solution — which is rarer than it should be.
They upskilled our team as they went and maintained clear documentation on an ongoing basis, so we had material to work off during the project and to refer back to long after it finished. The handover wasn't a single meeting at the end; it happened continuously throughout, which meant that by the time the engagement wrapped we already owned the thing properly.
