BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Founder of an international coaching and business development business, that specializes in Intrapreneurial and leadership coaching around Mindset, Potential and unlocking Superpowers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Regality LTD?

I wanted to stand out in the specific areas i specialize and use client feedback and input to build a range of online communication tools and establish a strong online brand.

SOLUTION

How did you select Regality LTD?

I was aware of their work and wanted a younger approach to build brand awareness amongst emerging leaders and founders. I especially wanted someone who would be patient to ensure that i learnt throughout the process and was not just presented with a "fait accompli". This was the key factor in selecting Regality Ltd.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After the scoping we created in depth Buyer personas, and designed the sales funnel and then wireframed the site. Brand designs already existed and it was re worked to support the outcome of the buyer personas stage. site was built. All social media was redesigned to complement and new channels developed alongside this.

What was the team composition?

The CEO co-ordinated all in person activity , and sub contracted all specialist aspects of design, copy writing, etc to which i had a final say in each.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch and Covid 19, there has been a 35% increase in remote coaching clients who want to "think differently" - the key USP of this strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was easy as there was a straight line relationship with CEO.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Took great pains to listen to what i wanted and ensure that at each stage i understood how these would be met. Strong communicator and great emotional intelligence, meant tricky decisions and choices were easily made. The process was an iterative one and an adaptable approach meant change was easy and cost effective.

CEO is very data driven and supplies regular updates of performance. This was a very positive experience for something that i had been dreading. Regality made it enjoyable, engaging and very productive, given much of the work was completed during and immediately after lockdown.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None given the brief i set and what was achieved, on time, on budget and across the scope of multiple channels.
