Reflektor is a social media agency (SoMe-byrå) in Oslo, Norway. We run Instagram and Facebook for businesses across Norway at a fixed price of NOK 30,000 per month. No hourly rates.
The subscription covers strategy, one production day per month and publishing twice a week. The production day gives 8–10 finished videos. Clients approve everything before it is published and may use all content freely.
We have also produced photo and video for Anton Sport, Peppes Pizza, Egon and The Well.
No lock-in period. Three months' notice.

Our Story
Reflektor was founded in Oslo in 2021 by Pål Barlein. We are a small team of producers who plan, film and edit the content. Each client has one producer as their contact, who also runs their account.
Our view is simple: businesses need steady, good content on Instagram and Facebook, not hourly bills. That is why we sell one thing: a fixed monthly subscription with strategy, one production day and publishing twice a week.
