Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a co-founder of a creative design agency based in Edmonton, Canada. We have been working with clients all across the globe in the Americas, Asia, or Europe. I was working as a freelancer before this, and we just started our company in 2020.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reema Singhal?

We needed some help with content marketing and sales pitching.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reema (Facilitator & Team Trainer) has played multiple roles for us. It started off with training my team on sales pitching to help us generate a lot more business.

Initially, their services were for internal purposes, but now we use her services more for our clients. She helps us with content for certain projects now. I believed that if she was able to help us, she would also be able to help our clients. We do a lot of sales pitching material for our clients such as brochures, email templates, or other materials, so I brought her in for that. She works with us on a project-to-project basis and helps us out when we need her expertise.

Edmonton is a growing city. There are a lot of new condo developments happening as well as townhouses being built, so she helps us provide them with content. Listing properties requires a call to action when sending out brochures, a newsletter, flyers, and digital ads. We bring in her expertise to make that call to action happen. We work in tandem with the client and finalize the design with Reema’s input.

How did you come to work with Reema Singhal?

I had been following Reema online through LinkedIn and I was very impressed with the content that she was producing especially about sales and how your pitch needs to be.

How much have you invested in them?

She also works on a project basis for us, so we've likely spent $10,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with her in May 2019, and we are still working together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our clients are more than happy with the copy. She is in high demand, even with our clients.

How did Reema Singhal perform from a project management standpoint?

She is very easy to connect with. Her availability, even though she is in Europe, has never been an issue. We drop an email, confirm a time, and discuss progress. We tell her what is expected of a project, set a timeline, and she has never missed a deadline. It has been a pleasure working with her.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were easy to develop a strong relationship with because they commit to growing with us. She is pretty serious about her work, and for someone like me who is the same, she is easy to get along with. That is the reason we have continuously worked with her and we will probably do the same in the future.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think she is doing really well. She is pretty seasoned and has an understanding of different markets. She is good at what she does.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It's important to give her a detailed brief of expectations are and ask her the right questions. The better your brief is, the better the quality of the content.
