• We hired Reels With Purpose to tell the story of YFS's journey and stitch story around our beneficiaries (students)
• The goal was to create these short video stories for our donors and sponsors at the YFS fundraising Gala.

The scope of the work to create 4 videos, which would capture the YFS journey in India, Africa, HongKong and Bangladesh. In India and Hongkong, Reels With Purpose created the videos from end to end, and for Africa and Bangladesh, they worked with the ground team to produce the videos. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome was to produce these impact videos, from the perspective of reaching our donor audience. These videos helped us raise 500,000 SGD, during the YFS Gala. So the films were definitely a success. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

It was superbly smooth working with Rujuta and Sanal. They exactly knew what we wanted, and were extremely adaptable. The delivery was done on time, and the exuded top notch quality in terms of storytelling, cinematography and editing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We hardly find a production house that can tell impact stories of the development sector. Reels with Purpose understands the nuances of this sector and fits the culture perfectly. They perfectly use the craft to amplify the stories and voices from the field to a larger audience. Needless to say, both Rujuta and Sanal are very down to earth, and very easy to work with. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reels with Purpose could have done differently?

Nothing as such.

I'm the co-founder and advisor of a nonprofit organization that supports the leadership journeys of underprivileged girls who play sports.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reels with Purpose?

We needed help creating honest, relatable, and inspiring visual stories of our participants.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reels with Purpose visited remote locations to observe, prepare, and record participants in their natural environment. The team also published documentary-style short videos that told the stories of individual participants.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Reels with Purpose's work increased our online engagement with followers, potential sponsors, and partner organizations. We also noticed a more involved and purposeful communication with key sponsors and partners.

Reels with Purpose's project management was excellent. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reels with Purpose's commitment to digital impact was impressive. The team was thoughtfully sensitive towards the topics they selected and the engagement with all stakeholders.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on.
