Reeder & Associates is a nationally recognized, retained executive search firm specializing in the placement of senior executives in the Healthcare,  Managed Care, Long-Term Care and Home Care fields.

As President of Reeder & Assoc. Ltd., Mr. Reeder has more than 30 years experience in the executive search field. More than 65 percent of his assignments to-date include placing executives in the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and/or Group President/CEO.

Prior to founding Reeder & Assoc. Ltd., Mr. Reeder was Senior Partner and principal owner of Lamalie Amrop International (now TMP Worldwide). During his 14-year tenure there he served on the Management Committee and was consistently recognized as one of the top three producers in the firm. In 1985, Mr. Reeder was named Managing Partner of the Atlanta and Tampa offices. Two years later, he was one of four Lamalie executive to purchase the firm from its founder, Robert E. Lamalie. In 1991, Mr. Reeder became a Senior Partner with Lamalie Amrop and led the Firm’s billings in the Health Care and Managed Care Practice until his departure in 1996.

Mr. Reeder has performed both executive search assignments and managed care consulting engagements for manyof the nations’ leading health care and managed care companies including PacifiCare Health Systems, UnitedHealthcare, Coventry Corporation, CIGNA Healthcare and several of the nations leading Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans.
