Redline tested our websites to see if there were any security issues that could be exploited. They gave us a full report showing what they found, how serious hte problems were, and how we could fix them. What really helped was that they walked our internal IT team through everything - not just what the problems were, but how to solve them.

They found several issues that we did not know existed. Thanks to their findings we were able to fix all the major problems and afterwards they check everything again to make sure it was resolved. It made us feel a lot more confident in the safety of our websites.

The individuats we worked with at Redline really seemed to be experts in their field. It was surprising how much they uncovered and how well they explained their findings. At the end of the project they didn't just hand us a report but made just we understood what we needed to be done and helped guide us through fixing it.

Every year we work on a few different engagement. Several of them were internal and external pentests for fortunate 500 clients. We also performed a number of successful social engineering engagements together (ie MFA phishing). Deliverables included individual detailed reports for each engagement with actionable remediation recommendations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Honestly Bryon and his team really thought outside of the box and helped identify risks that other vendors missed. For example, on one engagement they found a secure file transfer mail server with open registration to bypass mail filtering and ultimately got Domain Admin during an external engagement. On another they got AD creds off a printer by proxying it to themself, and again ended up with DA. In networks that are routinely tested by other vendors.

They were quick to respond and delivered on action items promptly. .
