Introduce your business and what you do there.

I was the CEO of a company that helps large companies turn factories into more tourist-friendly areas.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Redkroft?

I contracted with Redkroft to work on our corporate branding such as our logo and website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Redkroft team developed our website from the ground up, which ended up being pretty difficult, and they also worked on our logo and business collateral such as business cards, invoices, and presentation templates. Anything that had to do with the visual representation of our company they helped us with.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two graphic designers directly, but there may have been other people from their company working on the project behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Redkroft?

I had worked with them at a previous company and was very impressed with their unique approach to the work. Everything that they produce has a very strong emotional feeling behind it, which really makes it unique and timeless.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent a little over $10,000 on the project in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from July–December 2016, although we stayed in contact with them a little bit longer to make sure the website was up and running successfully.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The impact was measured more in the attitudes of our clients and partners than in direct monetary gain. We were taken seriously from the very beginning, which helped us a lot in terms of building connections with Fortune 500 companies. Because of that, I would credit the project with helping us close a lot of deals in the end.

How did Redkroft perform from a project management standpoint?

The collaboration was very friendly. They were very communicative with us and we had an understanding that the work would always be completed, regardless of how much work was involved.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They never shied away from a challenge throughout all of our work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be hard for me to imagine anything they could have done better.
