Red Stag Fulfillment is a 3PL serving enterprise and fast-growing brands, with a specialty in big, heavy, and bulky products: generally anything bigger than a toaster or heavier than 10 pounds. The company has shipped over a billion pounds of products most 3PLs won't handle, and also handles smaller items at higher volumes, including accessories that accompany larger products.
Two warehouses, in Sweetwater, Tennessee (~700,000 sq ft) and Salt Lake City, Utah (~450,000 sq ft, with inland port access), total roughly 1.15 million square feet and reach 96% of the U.S. within two days via ground shipping. A dedicated logistics team simplifies inventory's journey from port to warehouse and coordinates outbound LTL/FTL shipping.
Services span D2C parcel and pallet, LTL/FTL retail distribution to chains including Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot, and specialist retailers, and Amazon solutions covering FBA prep, Seller Fulfilled Prime, FBM, and Vendor Central, plus kitting, returns management, and white glove delivery.
Red Stag guarantees zero shrink, zero mispicks, and zero late shipments, and pays the client an automatic credit when it misses, with no dispute process. An in-house, U.S.-based client success team supports every account with a direct line to the warehouse floor, and a dedicated specialist runs onboarding with a written transition plan.
Integrations include a native Shopify connection, direct integrations with Fulfill.IO and Loop Returns, middleware options, and a custom API for ERPs like NetSuite and SAP.

Our Story
In 2012, our co-founders were on their third 3PL and at their wits’ end. Their sporting goods ecommerce company was growing rapidly, but fulfillment was a major problem.
Late deliveries to customers, lost inventory, and package mixups were costing them dearly— in both profit and customer loyalty. One problem? Their inventory was dense and heavy. The 3PLs were struggling with the (literal) heavy lifting.
This was the moment Red Stag was born. And since our very first client was our owners’.
